Our service fees

CS could discuss with you to provide the optimal fee model. Our fee models could be:

• Monthly package for advisory services: There is maximum days of service under the monthly package, such as 4 to 8 days per month.
• Monthly package for named company secretary: The fees are varied, based upon the area of responsibilities. CS can offer a free visit your company secretary team and evaluate the gap or areas that you need support.
• Project based package: This fee model is to support your new company secretary function, such as, preparation of documentation for shareholders meetings or board meetings.
